VWV appoints David Gazzard as partner

Law firm VWV has appointed experienced personal injury and clinical negligence lawyer David Gazzard as a partner.

Gazzard joins the firm’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team with more than 30 years’ experience in the sector, having previously worked as a consultant and head of clinical negligence, building a reputation for handling complex and sensitive claims on behalf of clients and families.

Gazzard specialises in clinical negligence and has represented hundreds of clients on a no-win, no-fee basis. His work has covered a wide range of cases, including serious surgical complications, spinal injuries, delayed cancer diagnosis and fatal accident claims.

He has also been a long-standing advocate for individuals and families affected by exposure to sodium valproate in utero.
